At Serenity Fitt Yoga & Wellness, our Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga sessions blend the tranquility of the water with the strength and focus of yoga. Each class is designed to help you connect with your breath, improve core stability, and quiet the mind — all while floating gently on the water.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, SUP Yoga offers a fun and accessible way to deepen your practice. Sessions begin with a brief paddle and safety orientation, followed by grounding postures, sun salutations, gentle flows, and, of course, a blissful floating savasana under the open sky.
Classes are available for private and group sessions, and can be held on calm lakes, rivers, or even in indoor pools during cooler months (weather permitting). Boards and equipment are provided, or you’re welcome to bring your own.
