Traditional Yoga Classes

 We offer a range of traditional yoga styles that cater to all levels of experience. Our classes are designed to promote flexibility, strength, relaxation, and mindfulness. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, we provide a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

  • Hatha Yoga: A slower-paced class focusing on breath control and holding poses to increase strength and flexibility.
     
  • Vinyasa Yoga: A dynamic practice linking breath with movement to flow through sequences of postures.

Equine Yoga

 Our Equine Yoga sessions combine traditional yoga with the presence of horses, offering a unique and transformative experience. The calming energy of the horses enhances mindfulness and emotional healing, making this a powerful practice for reducing stress and deepening your connection with nature.

  • What to Expect: In Equine Yoga, you will practice yoga poses while surrounded by the peaceful presence of horses. This outdoor experience is designed to foster relaxation, mindfulness, and emotional connection. It’s an ideal practice for anyone looking to reduce anxiety, increase emotional awareness, and improve mind-body connection.
     
  • Location: We have proudly partnered with Pine Haven Stables, located in Colborne Ontario, providing a tranquil setting to enhance your practice with the calming presence of horses.

At Serenity Fitt Yoga & Wellness, our Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga sessions blend the tranquility of the water with the strength and focus of yoga. Each class is designed to help you connect with your breath, improve core stability, and quiet the mind — all while floating gently on the water.


Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, SUP Yoga offers a fun and accessible way to deepen your practice. Sessions begin with a brief paddle and safety orientation, followed by grounding postures, sun salutations, gentle flows, and, of course, a blissful floating savasana under the open sky.


Classes are available for private and group sessions, and can be held on calm lakes, rivers, or even in indoor pools during cooler months (weather permitting). Boards and equipment are provided, or you’re welcome to bring your own.
