We recommend wearing comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move freely. You’ll also want to bring a water bottle and a yoga mat (if you don’t have one, we provide mats at the studio for your convenience).

We offer both indoor and outdoor yoga experiences. For Equine Yoga, classes are typically held outdoors at your farm or location, allowing you to practice in a peaceful and natural environment. For other types of yoga, we offer both indoor studio sessions and outdoor classes when weather permits.

While we don’t have a farm on-site, we bring Equine Yoga directly to your farm or location. Our instructors will travel to you, ensuring that the environment is peaceful and conducive to relaxation and mindfulness.
